In all my work I draw on the profound ideas and practical insights of philosophy, psychology, and spirituality in a three-pronged approach and solution-driven manner, integrating the following four pioneering systems of thought: the height psychology of Viktor Frankl’s Logotherapy and Existential Analysis; the depth-psychology of Ira Progoff’s Intensive Journaling programme; the applied philosophy of Bernard Lonergan’s Generalised Empirical Method; and the Spiritual Exercises and Examen of consciousness of St. Ignatius of Loyola, which can be adapted to the needs of a secular culture. This holistic synthesis is the result of my life-study. I feel privileged to share this legacy in the hope that it will prove successful in providing you with a template for growth in work and life, leading to greater meaning, purpose, fulfilment, and flourishing.

Each mortal thing does one thing and the same:
Selves – goes itself; myself it speaks and spells,
Crying What I do is me: for that I came.

Gerard Manley Hopkins, SJ
